    Roasted Beef

    List of Ingredients

    1-4 pounds round steak, beef roast or other steak of your choosing
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 tsp mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    salt to flavor if you wish, but is not necessary
    1 medium onion

    Recipe

    Rinse beef under running water. Roll in a little flour and brown with a little oil in skillet.

    Put the beef in a baking dish or crock pot. Mix together the rest of the ingredients (except for the onion). Pour over beef. Cut onion into rings and place around beef. Cover and bake 2-3 hours (3-4 hours if a roast). If using crock pot, cook on high. If baking in oven, bake at 350 degrees.

    Beef will be fall-apart tender.
    Serve with your favorite vegetables.
