Sausage-Stuffed Pasta Shells

List of Ingredients
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper
25 to 30 jumbo pasta shells, cooked & drained
1 30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce without meat
Recipe
In skillet brown sausage & onion; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the spinach, cream cheese and egg. Add Mozzarella, cheddar, cottage cheese, salt & pepper. Mix well.
Stuff shells and arrange in greased 13 x 9 glass dish. Spoon spaghetti sauce over shells. Cover & bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
