Cheesy Potatoes

List of Ingredients
1 16 oz pkg frozen shredded potatoes
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup (condensed)
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. pkg cheddar cheese (or package of 4 cheese mix)
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup crushed corn flakes
enough butter to absorb corn flakes--about 1/3 stick
Recipe
Place potatoes in large mixing bowl. In smaller bowl, stir together until well mixed the soup and sour cream. Stir the soup mixture into the potatoes. Stir in 1/2 the cheese (about 1 cup) and the chopped onion. Pour into a 2 qt. baking dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the potato mixture. Melt butter. Mix corn flakes and melted butter together. Sprinkle corn flake mixture on top of the potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
Serves 8.
