List of Ingredients
1 large can (18oz) sweet potatoes (drained & mashed)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 stick butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup flourRecipe
Mix well the first 5 ingredients. Pour into a buttered 8x11.5 inch baking dish.
Mix together well the topping ingredients. Crumble the topping over the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes (uncovered).
