    List of Ingredients

5 sprays Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    12 oz sliced Mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced sweet Yellow Onion
    1-1/4 pound 93%lean raw Hamburger
26 oz jar Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce (60 cals per 1/2 cup serving)
    **OR**
26 oz jar Classico Fire Roasted Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce (50 cals per 1/2 cup serving)
    1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 teaspoon dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

    Recipe

Saute mushrooms and onions in large skillet for 3-4 minutes. Remove to plate temporarily. Add raw hamburger to skillet and cook until browned, breaking up into small chunks with a wood spatula. Once meat is browned, tilt pan to drain excess fat to one side and soak up with paper towels. Return mushrooms and onions to the skillet with browned hamburger meat.

Pour in whole jar of pasta sauce. To get the rest of the sauce out of the jar, add 1/2 cup water to jar, put the lid on and shake well; pour into the skillet. Stir well with wood spatula/spoon and add garlic powder, oregano and black pepper. (Note: if using the Fire Roasted Tomato & Garlic pasta sauce, you may want to skip the extra garlic powder.)

Simmer for 10-15 minutes while preparing spaghetti and garlic toast to go with.
