    Recipe Introduction


    This one is tasty and super easy. Again, lots of requests for this one.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can crab meat (drained)
    • 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened)
    • 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/2 c. mayonaise
    • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    • 1/2 c. white wine
    • 1 lg. pkg whole button mushrooms


    Instructions


    1. Rub any excess dirt off mushrooms with a damp towl. Cut out middle of mushrooms, leaving a "bowl".
    2. Combine remaining ingredients, except wine in a large bowl. Mix well.
    3. Scoop about 1/2 tsp of mixture and put in mushrooms.
    4. Pour wine over the top and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Garnish with parsley or chives.
