Smoked Salmon Tarts

List of Ingredients
- 1 c. Original bisquick
- 1/2 c. Milk
- 1/4 c. Sour cream
- 1 8 oz. pkg Cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. Shredded Havarty cheese
- 1/3 c. Chopped smoked salmon
- 2 tbs. Sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Spray 24 mini muffin cups or paper cups with Pam.
- Beat bisquick, milk, sour cream, cream cheese, worcestershire, and eggs in medium size bowl with a fork until well blended.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Spoon 1 tbsp. mixture into each cup.
- Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Final Comments
Best when served warm.
