    Smoked Salmon Tarts

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. Original bisquick
    • 1/2 c. Milk
    • 1/4 c. Sour cream
    • 1 8 oz. pkg Cream cheese
    • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 eggs
    • 2/3 c. Shredded Havarty cheese
    • 1/3 c. Chopped smoked salmon
    • 2 tbs. Sliced green onions (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400.

    2. Spray 24 mini muffin cups or paper cups with Pam.

    3. Beat bisquick, milk, sour cream, cream cheese, worcestershire, and eggs in medium size bowl with a fork until well blended.

    4. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

    5. Spoon 1 tbsp. mixture into each cup.

    6. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

    7. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.



    Final Comments


    Best when served warm.
