    Recipe Introduction


    This is a wonderfully light and creamy cake. I get many requests for it.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 8 oz softened cream cheese
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 bag white chocolate chips
    • 1/2 c. sugar
    • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    • 3 tbs. melted good quality butter
    • 1/2 c. sugar


    Instructions


    1. Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Press into greased springform pan. Refregerate until ready to use.
    2. Preheat oven to 325.
    3. In large bowl, mix cream cheese until well blended.
    4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well each time.
    5. Blend in sugar and vanilla.
    6. Melt white chocolate chips in a bowl in microwave for about 1 minute. Add to cream cheese mixture.
    7. Pour mixture into prepared pan, and bake for 40 minutes.
    8. Let rest for 15 minutes. Run a knife along the outside of the crust between the pan.
    9. Referegerate for at least 8 hours, then remove from pan.
    10. Slice cake easily by running the blade of a sharp knife under hot water and wiping with a clean towl between each cut.
    11. Garnish with grated chocolate or any topping of your choice.
