Recipe Introduction
This is a real treat! Can be used as a breakfast food or dessert. Great if you are watching the carbs or on a low-carb diet.
List of Ingredients
- 1 Serving
- 1 egg
- 1 oz cream cheese (not low fat)
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Instructions
- Beat egg and add vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Pour mixture in a shallow dish and microwave until egg mixture is almost done.
- Place cream cheese in center and microwave a few more minutes until cream cheese is soft.
- For a breakfast dish, serve with 2 slices of crisp cooked (no carb) bacon.
