    1 3 1/2 oz pk instant vanilla pudding
    2 tsp instand coffee powder
    1/4 cup cold milk
    1/3 cup water
    3 tbs Irish whiskey
    1/2 cup whipped cream
    1 8" baked pie shell

    Recipe



    In one mixing bowl combine pudding mix, coffee and milk. Beat at high speed about 1 minute. Blend in water and whiskey, beat at high speed about 2 minutes or until fouffy. Fold in whipped cream or cool whip carefully into prepared filling. Pile into baked bastry shell on extra cool whip, then add green sugar. Chill 3-4 hours, Garnish with sprinkles of green sugar or Creme de minthe.
