    I love chicken and am always trying to come up with new recipes. I thought you might like this one.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    4 chicken breat pieces (skinless & boneless)
    4 tablespoons butter
    1/2 pound of white button mushrooms, sliced thin
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1 cup dry white wine
    Hot rice or wide egg noodles.

    Recipe



    In a large zipper bag, combine: flour, salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken, shake off any excess flour, reserve excess flour.

    In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, brown the chicken breasts on both sides. Remove from pan.

    Add remaining butter, mushrooms, onion and 2 teaspoons of the parsley.

    Saute until onion is transparent. Remove from heat, stir in reserved flour. Slowly blend in white wine. Bring to boil, stir frequently.

    Add chicken back to skillet, reduce heat, simmer 25 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

    Serve over rice or noodles - garnish with remaining parsley
