Recipe Introduction
I make this salad several times a week in the summer. It's a complete meal. Serve it with your favorite dressing. I use a balsamic vinegar dressing.
List of Ingredients
Salad greens (as much as you want.)
1 small can mandarine oranges slices, well drained.
Cranraisins (about a handful.)
Walnuts, chopped (about a handful.)
Chicken breast, cooked and sliced into strips (as much as you want.)
I don't measure anything. I just toss the ingredients into a huge bowl. Recipe
Wash greens. Drain orange slices (use the liquid for something else.) Toss all of the ingredients into a huge bowl. You're done.
