Tasty Meat Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can (11oz) condensed beef with vegetables and barley soup
- 1 can (11oz) condensed golden mushroom soup
- 3 medium uncooked potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 medium carrots, sliced in 1/8 inch pieces
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Pastry for double crust pie (9 inches)
Instructions
- In skillet, brown beef and onion; drain. Add the soups, potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper; mix well. Divide between two ungreased 9-inch pie plates.
- On a floured surface, roll pastry to fit top of each pie; place over filling. Seal and flute edges; cut slits in top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
- 2 pies, 6 servings each.
