    Ingredients:
    8 potatoes
    2 large bell peppers
    1 large yellow onion
    5 portabello mushrooms
    olive oil or butter
    garlic salt
    pepper
    paprika

    Recipe



    Dice all veggies and place in a double layer of heavy duty foil. Cover with olive oil or butter, season. Cover with two more layers of foil, sealing all edges. Place over red coals for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
