    15 oz fat-free ricotta cheese
    3/4 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
    3 cup bottled spaghetti sauce
    2 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
    6 items dry lasagna noodles
    1/4 cup water

    Recipe



    1. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce; heat through, stirring occasionally.

    2. In 9x13 glass dish, spread 1.5 cups meat mixture. Top with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture.

    3. Slowly pour water around inside edges of baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.

    4. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
