    ** This can be served over rice or noodles, but don't forget to add points for that. I ate it by itself and it was great!

    List of Ingredients




    6 (4 oz.) boneless/skinless chicken breast
    halves
    1 package of dry Italian dressing mix
    1/4 c. water
    1 can RF cream of chicken soup
    1 8 oz. FF Cream Cheese

    Recipe



    Place chicken in the crockpot. Mix water and dressing mix and pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on low for 3 hours. Then mix together the cream cheese and soup and pour over chicken. Cover. Cook for another hour on low or until juices run clear.
