6 small apple(s)
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar
1/8 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
2 sprays olive oil cooking spray
1 Tbsp olive oil Recipe
Spray pan with olive oil. Core and cut apples into small chunks leaving skin on. Add pineapple juice to coat lightly. Place in oiled pan. Mix oatmeal, olive oil, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Top apples. Bake at 350 until bubbly and brown on top
