Recipe Introduction
This dish was so good. I served it over rice. I shredded the left overs up and froze them in zip lock bags for shredded chicken sandwiches.
Makes 4 Servings
4 Points each
List of Ingredients
1 lb of frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 Cup of brown sugar
1 t ground ginger
1/2 C soy sauce
1/4 C ketchup
1-2 cloves garlic, mashed
salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Place chicken breast in bottom of crock pot.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cook covered on low for 4 to 6 hours or until tender.
Season with salt & pepper
Serve over rice or chinese noodles (count the additional points)
