    1/4 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute
    1 clove garlic -- minced
    2 teaspoons anchovy paste
    1 teaspoon dijon mustard
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese -- grated
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Whisk together all ingredients except olive oil, parmesan, salt & pepper.

    Slowly add oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly.

    Add parmesan, salt & pepper to taste.
