    List of Ingredients


    • 2 eggs
    • 1 c sugar
    • 1/4 c shortening
    • 2 c flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 tsp sour cream
    • Topping
    • 1/4 c sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 cup raisins
    • 1/2 c nutmeat


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs, add to sugar and shortening, mix well
    2. Add flour, soda, baking powder and salt alternately with sour cream.
    3. Add vanilla, mix well
    4. Topping
    5. Mix all ingredients together, pour on top of cake batter and bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
