Recipe Introduction

Delicious Quiche which is good the next day also. Makes 2 8" quiches. Preheat oven to 375. Serves 12

List of Ingredients

2 Pkgs Jimmy Dean Sausage
4 Eggs lightly beaten
1 Cup 1/2 & 1/2
1/4 Cup each chopped green and red pepper
2 8" pie crusts
1 1/2 Cup Grated chedder cheese
2 TBSP Chopped onions





Recipe

Cook sausage. Crumble and drain. Mix with cheese. Sprinkle in pie shells. Add rest of ingredients to eggs and pour over sausage and cheese mixture. Bake 375 for 40-45 minutes.
