    you will need to find a candy supply store to get ingredients.
    Line a jelly roll pan with wax paper

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds white chocolate wafers
    1 pound green and red peppermint crushed (you can buy it this way)

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate wafers in the microwave, starting at one minute intervals, stirring and checking to see if it is melted. After 3 minutes, check every 30 seconds. Do not overcook, or it will burn.
    Add crushed peppermint candy and mix thoroughly.
    Pour onto wax paper on jelly roll pan and spread out 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness. Cool then place in freezer for short while. Break into pieces and enjoy.
