- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
- 3 cups 1/2 walnuts
Instructions
- Boil sugar & sherry to soft ball (238 on candy thermometer). Remove from heat and add cinnamon. Stsir well and add walnuts; stir well until cloudy (starts to sugar). Turn out on foil while still warm and break apart.
