Recipe Introduction

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

List of Ingredients

3 ½ cups sifted flour
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs (Beaten)
½ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup shortening



Recipe

Sift dry ingredients. Cream shortening and sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs. Mix well. Add vanilla. Stir in flour mixture blending well. Cover with wax paper and chill. Roll and cut out. Bake on greased pan at 400 degrees 6-8 minutes.
