    Very similar to the Cafe's Pumpkin Pecan Pie.

    List of Ingredients





    1 pkg. Duncan Hines Moist cake mix
    1 can 12oz Evaporated milk
    11/2 C. Sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 C.16oz solid pack pumpkin
    3 eggs
    4tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 c. chopped pecans
    Whipped Topping

    Preheat oven to 350

    Grease bottom of 13x9 pan
    Combine pumpkin, milk,eggs, sugar, spices and salt in large bowl. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans. Drizzle with melted butter, Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown, Cool completely, serve with whipped topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
