List of Ingredients
Bar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 square or envelope (1oz) unsweetened chocolate or 3 tbsp cocoa & 1 tbsp oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Filling
8 oz package cream cheese softened (reserve 2 oz for Frosting)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbls flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup chopped nuts
6 oz package (1 cup) semi sweet chocolate pieces
Frosting
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 sq or envelope (1 oz) unsweetened chocolate
Remaining 2 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 lb (3 cups) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Recipe
Preheat over to 350. Grease and flour 13x 9 inch pan. In large saucepan over low heat melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 oz chocolate. Add remaining BAR ingredients. Mix well. Spread in prepard pan.
In a small bowl combine 6 oz cream cheese with next 5 FILLING ingredients. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Stir in nuts. Spread over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 25 to 35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 mins longer. In large suacepan over low heat, melt 1/4 cup butter, 1 oz chocolate, remaining 2 oz cream cheese and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Immediately pour over marshmallows and swirl together.
