    This is very good and easy to make


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8 oz pkg.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
    • 2 TBS milk
    • 1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
    • 1 Pkg. (10 oz) frozen corn, thawed
    • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
    • OPTIONAL: dash or two of hot sauce


    Instructions


    1. Cook cream cheese and milk in medium saucepan on medium heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
    2. Add cream-style and thawed corn; stir. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
    3. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.
    4. Makes 6 servings.


    Final Comments


    I would think that you could use fresh corn cut off the cob.
