    2 lbs pork sausage
    9 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 C milk
    1 1/2 t dry mustard
    1 t salt
    3 slices white bread cut into 1/4" cubes
    1 1/4 C grated cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Brown crumbled meat; drain. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt; stir in bread, sausage and cheese. Pour into 13x9" pan, cover, refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.
