    Sorbet with Strawberry Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 large container (16oz) strawberries,rinsed, hulled and sliced
    1/2 C strawberry All-Fruit
    1t grated orange zest
    2t orange juice

    lemon or other flavor of sorbet

    Recipe



    1. Sauce: Combine ingredients in a medium bowl: let stand at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.

    2. Process 1/2 C in food processor until pureed. Spoon into a ziptop bag.

    3. Spoon sauce on each plate; top with a scoop of sorbet. Cut tip off corner of ziptop bag; pipe puree on sorbet.
