Beef Casserole
List of Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 box Elbow Macaroni
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste (amount really depends on personal preference)
1 medium Onion
1 T. Chopped/Minced Garlic
Salt, Pepper, any spices you like
Olive OilRecipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook macaroni in salted boiling water.
Saute onion in small amount of Olive Oil. Add garlic and ground beef. Brown. Drain off fat.
Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
When beef and macaroni is done combine in casserole. Add can of diced tomatoes, and tomato paste (amount depends on how tomatoey you want this dish to be).
Add salt and pepper and desired spices (I like Italian Seasoning).
Mix it all together well.
Bake for 30-45 mins.
