    Not Grandma's Brussel Sprouts

    Serves 4
    Prep Time:10 minutes
    Cook Time:30 minutes


    List of Ingredients


    • 15-20 Brussel Sprouts
    • Balsmaic Vinegar
    • Olive Oil
    • 1 Tbs Seasoning


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Trim sprouts and cut each one in half. Place into boiling water for 2-3 minutes to blanch.
    3. Remove sprouts and lay flat side up on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
    4. Starting with balsamic vinegar, drizzle desired amount over the tops of the sprouts.
    5. Sprinkle desired seasonings next. (Mrs. Dash, Garlic Salt, Italion seasonings, etc.)
    6. Drizzle olive oil over the top, not too much.
    7. Place sheet into the oven for 20 minutes, until soft. Serve warm.
