1 large cauliflower, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
16 cloves of garlic, peeled and lightly crushed
1-2 tsp minced rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic together.
Toss in cauliflower and place in large casserole dish in one layer.
Roast for 20 minutes. Toss together and bake for 10 more minutes.
