We made these for the first time with our Nana when we lived in Montana.







List of Ingredients



• 2 C. pumpkin seeds, washed and towel dried
  
• 2 tsp. oil
  
• 1 tsp. sea salt
  






Instructions



1. In a bowl stir towel dried pumpkin seeds with oil, coating well. Spread out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 250 degrees F. until crisp and slightly brown.
