Mexican Cornbread

List of Ingredients
- 1 c cornmeal
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 4 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 c grated cheese
- 1 c creamed style corn
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 hot pepper, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients and bake in large pan for 30 minutes. Spray pan with cooking spray before pouring in mix.
- If you add 1/2 again of each item, you can use the whole can of corn.
