Sourdough Biscuits

List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 c warm water
- 2 c buttermilk
- 1/2 c cooking oil
- 1/2 c sugar
- 6 c flour
- 4 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t soda
Instructions
- In large bowl, mix together first 5 ingredients. Then add next 4 ingredients.
- Let mixture set in refrigerator for 12 hours.
- After setting the needed time, mix in small handful of flour (enough to prevent sticking to your fingers) and pinch off biscuits.
- Drop in pan with a small amount of oil in bottom of pan.
- Bake at 425 to 450 degrees until brown. Mixture can remain in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
