    List of Ingredients

    • 3 1/2 c whole wheat-flour
    • 3/4 c skim milk powder
    • 5 T salt
    • 2 pkg dry yeast
    • 1 c yogurt
    • 1/4 c each honey, molasses
    • 2 T oil
    • 3 1/2 to 4 c flour
    • 1 c each wheat germ, bran
    • 1 egg, beaten

    Instructions

    1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl, mixing well.
    2. Heat 2 3/4 c water, yogurt, honey, and molasses in saucepan to 115 degrees on thermometer. Add to dry ingredients, beating well.
    3. Add oil and 2 cups flour beating well. Stir in wheat germ and bran.
    4. Add enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
