    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 4lb Beef Chuck Pot Roast
    • 1 env dry onion soup mix
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup


    Instructions


    1. Place roast on large sheet of alumium foil in baking pan.
    2. Sprinkle soup mix over roast.
    3. Spread canned soup over all.
    4. Seal foil securely over roast.
    5. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
    6. Yields 8 servings.
