List of Ingredients
- 1 - 4lb Beef Chuck Pot Roast
- 1 env dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Place roast on large sheet of alumium foil in baking pan.
- Sprinkle soup mix over roast.
- Spread canned soup over all.
- Seal foil securely over roast.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
- Yields 8 servings.
