    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Box Pound Cake Mix
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 t vanilla
    • 1 box powdered sugar (1 lb = 3 1/2 c)
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 to 1 c chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix, by hand, cake mix, softened butter and 2 eggs.
    3. When smooth, line pan with mixture and pat dough up sides of pan.
    4. With a mixer, blend softened cream cheese, 2 eggs, powered sugar (reserve 3 T) and vanilla. Pour on top of cake mixture.
    5. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with nuts and reserved powdered sugar and bake 30 minutes longer. Cool and serve.
