Chocolate Crinkles

Recipe Introduction
This was one of our favorite Christmas cookies growning up and we all have been making them ever since. And now Jena has grown to love them so the Chocolate Crinkle tradition will live on!
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 t - vanilla
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate (4 oz. melted)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 t - baking powder
- 1/2 t - salt
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Mix oil, chocolate and sugar.
- Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed.
- Add vanilla.
- Measure flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll a teaspoon of dough into a ball and roll it in cofectioners sugar.
- Place about 2" apart on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake!
