Tilapia with Roasted Corn

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Salt
- 4 tilapia fillets (1 lb total)
- 1 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 lime, cut in 4 wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler. In a small bowl combine mayo, chili powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Grease 9" square baking dish with 1 tsp of mayo mixture.
- Place tilapia in baking dish and coat with the remaining mayo mixture. Top with corn.
- Broil until corn is lightly browned and the fish is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Serve with lime wedge.
