    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large round steak
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • 1 t - cornstarch
    • 1 - 4oz can mushrooms, drained
    • 3 t - parmesan cheese
    • Dry parsley flakes
    • 1 - 10 1/2 oz. can beef broth


    Instructions


    1. Place mushrooms, finely chopped onions, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley flakes on round steak.
    2. Roll in a large rool. Secure with toothpicks or heavy string. Or you may cut steak into individual serving sizes, season, then roll and secure.
    3. Brown in hot fat on all sides.
    4. Stir cornstarch into small amount of broth. Add to remining broth.
    5. Pour over steak rolls. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    6. Serves 5-6.
