- 1 large round steak
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 t - cornstarch
- 1 - 4oz can mushrooms, drained
- 3 t - parmesan cheese
- Dry parsley flakes
- 1 - 10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
Instructions
- Place mushrooms, finely chopped onions, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley flakes on round steak.
- Roll in a large rool. Secure with toothpicks or heavy string. Or you may cut steak into individual serving sizes, season, then roll and secure.
- Brown in hot fat on all sides.
- Stir cornstarch into small amount of broth. Add to remining broth.
- Pour over steak rolls. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serves 5-6.
