List of Ingredients
- 2 slices of firm bread
- 3-4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 bunch Arugula leaves
- 2-3 tbsp sund dried tomatoes
- Butter
Instructions
- Arrange cheese on one slice of bread. Add arugula and tomatoes. Top with second slice of bread.
- Butter both sides of bread and cook in panini makeer or in a skillet with weight to "smush" sandwich.
- Cook 4-6 minutes or until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
