Taco Soup

In a large stock pot, brown 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of lean ground beef (with chopped peppers and/or onions, if desired). Drain off most of the fat.
Add to this: 1 can Kidney beans, Pinto beans and Corn (do not drain).
In a blender combine: 1 can stewed tomatoes, 2 cans Rotel, 1 pkg Taco seasoning and 1 pkg Ranch Dip mix.
Add this mixture to soup, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simer for 20 - 30 minutes. Enjoy!
