List of Ingredients



• 1-10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1-8 oz carton sour cream
  
• 1 T grated onion
  
• 1/2 c parmesan cheese
  
• 1 T flour
  
• 2 T butter
  
• 1 t salt
  
• 1/8 t pepper
  






Instructions



1. Cook spinach as directed on package; drain well. Beat eggs and add to spinach. Blend in other ingredients.
   
2. Place in 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 4.
