Tuscan Style Cannellini Beans

Recipe Introduction
Makes 4 servings.
List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 - 14oz can whole tomatoes, drained & chopped
- 8 leaves fresh sage
- 2 - 15oz cans white cannellini beans, drained
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet combine olive oil & garlic & cook on medium for 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, sage, beans, salt & pepper. Stir to mix well. Reduce heat & cook on low for 15 minutes. Remove & serve.
