    Makes 4 servings.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup olive oil
    • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
    • 1 - 14oz can whole tomatoes, drained & chopped
    • 8 leaves fresh sage
    • 2 - 15oz cans white cannellini beans, drained
    • Salt & Pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet combine olive oil & garlic & cook on medium for 3 minutes.

    2. Add tomatoes, sage, beans, salt & pepper. Stir to mix well. Reduce heat & cook on low for 15 minutes. Remove & serve.
