    2lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef
    3 Stalks celery, diced
    3 Eggs
    1/2 C bake mix
    1/2 C Creamy Italian Dressing, or a Cheese Based Creamy Italian Dressing
    1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce
    2 TBS. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. Jarred Crushed Fresh Garlic
    2 tsp. Jane's Crazy Mixed up Salt (or garlic & onion powder & salt)
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian mixed seasonings (basil, parsley, oregano)
    Low Carb Ketchup

    Preheat Oven to 300

    How To Prepare:

    Mix everything except the ketchup in a large bowl. Shape into a long loaf in a 9x13 pan and cover with foil. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Remove from oven and drain grease. Turn oven to 350. Pour and spread a layer of ketchup over top of meatloaf. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
