    Impossible Buttermilk Pie

    1 1/2 c sugar
    1 c buttermilk
    1/2 c bisquick
    1/3 c melted butter
    1 t vanilla
    3 ea eggs

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth.

    Pour into pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick
    inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool 5 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit.
