    List of Ingredients




    2 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
    1/2 cup sliced black olives
    1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
    1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® ChefStyle Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
    1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Parmesan Shredded Cheese
    2 green onions, thinly sliced

    Recipe




    1. Place tortillas on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush oil over tortillas. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 4 minutes or until golden brown.

    2. Spread sour cream over tortillas; top with spinach, tomato and olives. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over tortillas. Bake at 350°F 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions. Cut into wedges to serve.
