List of Ingredients
1 cup (8 oz.) Sargento� Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento� Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento� Fancy Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup Madeira wine or sherry
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Recipe
1. Combine Ricotta, Blue and Cheddar cheeses, Madeira, butter, onion and pepper sauce in bowl. Mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Chill 1 hour.
2. Shape cheese mixture into ball; roll in pecans. Serve with crackers
