1/2 pound cream cheese, room temperature
6 ounce can crab meat
1 large sweet red pepper, diced
1 large scallion, chopped
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl until creamy. Stir in the drained crabmeat, chopped red pepper, scallion, lemon rind and juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day. Spoon spread into small serving bowl. On a platter or basket, arrange an assortment of crackers for spreading
